摘要： Discloses is a method for manufacturing a dual cosmetic container. The method includes: molding an inner preform 40 or 40a formed with a patterned portion having one or more shapes selected from characters, pictures, figures, and helical grooves on the outer surface thereof using an upper mold 10 for the inner preform having a molding space 11 and formed with a pattern molding portion 12a on the inner circumferential surface thereof and an lower mold 14 for the inner preform having a molding space 15 for a discharge portion; inserting the inner preform 40 or 40a into a molding space 21 of an upper mold 20 for an outer preform, fixing a discharge portion 41 of the inner preform 40 or 40a to a lower mold 23 for the outer preform, feeding a liquid raw material into the molding space 21 of the upper mold 20 for the outer preform, and molding the outer preform 50 in close contact with the outer surface of the inner preform 40 or 40a formed with the patterned portion 42; and simultaneously heating the inner preform 40 or 40a and the outer preform 50 molded in close contact with each other, inserting the two heated preforms into a molding space 31 of a blow mold 30, inserting a blow tube 32 into the discharge portion 41 of the inner preform 40 or 40a, and simultaneously expanding the inner preform 40 or 40a and the outer preform 50 by blow molding to manufacture the desired dual cosmetic container in which an inner container 100 or 100a and an outer container 200 are in close contact with each other.

摘要： A fabric and elastomeric material (referred to as a fabric trilayer) combined with a sealant may be applied in such a fashion so as to eliminate or minimize air entrapment in an elastomeric composite structure that forms a seal-sealing volume. The performance of the self-sealing volume is dramatically improved with this minimizing of air entrapment. Surprisingly and unexpectedly, this construction approach may be accomplished without significantly adding to the weight or thickness of the volume and without affecting the outer dimension of the self-sealing volume. Thus, a method and system for forming a self-sealing volume are described. The system includes an elastomeric composite structure comprising at least one layer of an elastomeric material derived from a neat (no solvent) elastomeric material that does not substantially react at room temperature.

摘要： A fabric coated or impregnated with an elastomeric material may include a polyurethane dispersion layer combined with a sealant. The fabric may be applied in such a fashion so as to enable the elimination of solvent or fluid that is associated with the elastomer. The polyurethane dispersion layer generally comprises an elastomeric material dispersed or dissolved in a liquid medium, such as, but not limited to, water. At the same time, the integrity of the elastomeric composite which is formed from the dispersion and sealant layers may be maintained in order to minimize the presence of air voids and pockets. It has thus been realized that in doing so the performance of the self-sealing volume is dramatically improved. This method of construction usually may be accomplished without significantly adding to the weight or thickness of the volume and without affecting the outer dimension of the self-sealing volume.

The meta-xylylene group-containing polyamides are dispersed insularly in the polyolefin, and in a case where each of a vertical length and a horizontal length of the meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide in an initial state is 1, the vertical length of the meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide in the hollow container ranges from 3.3 to 15.8 and the horizontal length ranges from 0.5 to 2.0.
