The first and second rolling portions of each rolling element are respectively received in the first hollow and the second hollow. The shaft extends through the fixed member, the elastic member and the rotational member. One end of the elastic member resists the rotational member and the other end of the elastic member is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
