摘要： A power transmitting apparatus includes a clutch that operates based on pressure of a fed fluid to adjust a mode of power transmission of an engine or/and a motor/generator on a power transmission route, a first driving pump that feeds the fluid to the clutch by being driven in accordance with rotation of the motor/generator, and a second driving pump that feeds the fluid to the clutch by being driven in accordance with electric power, wherein a first engagement unit and a second engagement unit can be caused to engage rapidly or slowly by selecting one of the first driving pump and the second driving pump as a source of the fluid, and when a drive request of the clutch is present and a rotation speed of the motor/generator is lower than a predetermined rotation speed, the first engagement unit and the second engagement unit are caused to engage rapidly by feeding the fluid from the second driving pump.

摘要： An electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate 1 comprising an antireflection film 3, an electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10, a transparent substrate 2, and a near-infrared ray blocking film 5, wherein they are laminated and united by using intermediate adhesive layers 4A, 4B and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 4C, and the peripheries thereof are covered by a conductive sticky tape 7. The electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10 has a conductive foil 11 formed by pattern etching on a substrate film 13, is processed to have antireflection function by forming a light absorbing layer 12 on the conductive foil 11, and is subjected to a matting process to form small irregularities by roughening the surface of the light absorbing layer 12. A display panel is manufactured by bonding this electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10 to the front surface of a plasma display panel body. Accordingly, an electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate and a display panel can be obtained which not only have excellent electromagnetic-wave shielding function but also provide high antireflection effect and have high level of transparency and high level of visibility, thereby providing distinct images.

摘要： [Problems to be Solved] A function is provided of reducing traffic without performing retransmission of data already held in a mobile terminal at the moment of utilizing a Web browser-based service.[Means to Solve the Problems] A server preserves a template having an extension tag constituting a Web page transmitted to the mobile terminal and a data history together with an ID in a cache, at the time of transmitting information to the mobile terminal, makes a reference to the information in the cache, and in a case where the information has been already transmitted, transmits only the ID indicating its information. The mobile terminal takes out the template and the data based upon the ID with which the information preserved in the cache has been received, and reconstitute the Web page by the extension tag attached to the template. This makes it possible to reduce traffic without performing retransmission of the information already transmitted to the mobile terminal and held by the mobile terminal at the moment of utilizing the Web browser.

Alternatively, an electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate or a display panel is provided which comprises a transparent base plate or a PDP body having a transparent conductive film, a transparent base plate, and a conductive composite mesh member which is interposed therebetween and bonded together, wherein a conductive adhesive tape is bonded to cover a range from the outside edges of the transparent conductive film to the outside edges of the transparent base plate through the end faces of the latter, and margins of the conductive composite mesh member are folded and fixed to the transparent base plate or the PDP body by conductive adhesive tapes. The conductive composite mesh member is made by weaving metallic fibers and/or metal-coated organic fibers, of which wire diameter is 200 .mu.m or less, with transparent fibers together to have an open area ratio 75% or more.

The sleeve is covered with a surface coating of a metal, alloy, metal nitride, metal oxide, metal carbide or metal sulfide by dry plating. The coating has a resistivity of up to 0.01 .OMEGA.cm. The sleeve is fully wear resistant at its surface. Formation of the coating by dry plating minimizes the variation of coating thickness to improve the dimensional precision of the sleeve surface. The developing roller and a developing apparatus equipped therewith can produce images of quality for a long time.
