    • An electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate 1 comprising an antireflection film 3, an electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10, a transparent substrate 2, and a near-infrared ray blocking film 5, wherein they are laminated and united by using intermediate adhesive layers 4A, 4B and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 4C, and the peripheries thereof are covered by a conductive sticky tape 7. The electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10 has a conductive foil 11 formed by pattern etching on a substrate film 13, is processed to have antireflection function by forming a light absorbing layer 12 on the conductive foil 11, and is subjected to a matting process to form small irregularities by roughening the surface of the light absorbing layer 12. A display panel is manufactured by bonding this electromagnetic-wave shielding film 10 to the front surface of a plasma display panel body. Accordingly, an electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate and a display panel can be obtained which not only have excellent electromagnetic-wave shielding function but also provide high antireflection effect and have high level of transparency and high level of visibility, thereby providing distinct images.

The mobile terminal takes out the template and the data based upon the ID with which the information preserved in the cache has been received, and reconstitute the Web page by the extension tag attached to the template. This makes it possible to reduce traffic without performing retransmission of the information already transmitted to the mobile terminal and held by the mobile terminal at the moment of utilizing the Web browser.

    • An electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate or a display panel is provided which comprises a transparent base plate or a PDP body, a transparent base plate, a conductive composite mesh member which is interposed therebetween and bonded together by adhesive intermediate films. Alternatively, an electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate or a display panel is provided which comprises a transparent base plate or a PDP body having a transparent conductive film, a transparent base plate, and a conductive composite mesh member which is interposed therebetween and bonded together, wherein a conductive adhesive tape is bonded to cover a range from the outside edges of the transparent conductive film to the outside edges of the transparent base plate through the end faces of the latter, and margins of the conductive composite mesh member are folded and fixed to the transparent base plate or the PDP body by conductive adhesive tapes. The conductive composite mesh member is made by weaving metallic fibers and/or metal-coated organic fibers, of which wire diameter is 200 .mu.m or less, with transparent fibers together to have an open area ratio 75% or more.
