摘要： There is provided an internal intermediate pressure multistage compression type rotary compressor capable of reducing a height dimension while reducing the amount of oil to be discharged outside. An electric element and first and second rotary compression elements which are driven by a rotary shaft of the electric element disposed under the electric element are provided in a hermetic shell case. There is provided a refrigerant introduction pipe for introducing refrigerant in the hermetic shell case over the electric element into the second rotary compression element through an outside of the hermetic shell case. There is provided an oil path provided in the rotary shaft for discharging oil through an oil discharge port which is positioned at the upper end of the rotary shaft. The refrigerant introduction pipe is provided such that apart of an inlet of the refrigerant introduction pipe is positioned under the upper end of a stator of the electric element.

A predetermined process is performed on the display window presented on the display in response to an operation on the tablet, and a size of the display window is updatable. The coordinates of the tablet are converted in response to the size updating of the display window presented on the display screen. If a portion of the display window is hidden in response to the display window becoming larger in size than the display screen, a peripheral portion of the tablet corresponding to the hidden portion of the display window is set as a movement operation area where the movement of the display window is controlled.

摘要： An information processing unit is adapted to connect a USB device provided on a board to a USB host controller only when it is actually used. Based on a signal regarding an n-th pin received from a USB MEMORYSTICK slot provided in a board, a monitoring program detects whether a MEMORYSTICK has been inserted. The monitoring program causes a hardware bus switch to turn ON if the presence of the MEMORYSTICK is detected, or causes the hardware bus switch to turn OFF if the absence of the MEMORYSTICK is detected. If the hardware bus switch is turned ON, the USB host controller is electrically connected to a USB MEMORYSTICK slot through a USB bus; therefore, the USB host controller detects the USB MEMORYSTICK slot. If the hardware bus switch is turned OFF, the USB host controller is electrically disconnected from the USB MEMORYSTICK slot, so that it does not detect the USB MEMORYSTICK slot.

摘要： A liquid ejecting head is operable to move in a first direction. A platen is opposed to the liquid ejecting head to support an object to which a liquid droplet is ejected from the liquid ejecting head and to define a gap between the liquid ejecting head and the object. The platen is formed with a groove hole to which a liquid droplet deviated from an edge of the object is disposed, and through holes formed in a bottom portion of the groove hole and arranged in the first direction. A tray member is arranged below the platen to receive liquid dropped through the through holes. A first liquid absorber is provided in the groove hole. A second liquid absorber is provided in the tray member. At least one liquid leading member extends through at least one of the through holes to lead liquid absorbed by the first liquid absorber to the second liquid absorber.

摘要： A memory interface circuit is connectable to a DDR-SDRAM which outputs read data in synchronization with a data strobe signal together with the data strobe signal. A clock generator generates internal clock signals and memory clock signals supplied to the DDR-SDRAM. The memory interface circuit determines a delay of arrival of the data strobe signal relative to the corresponding internal clock signal by using a data strobe signal inputted in a read cycle with respect to the DDR-SDRAM, samples the arrived read data, based on a signal obtained by shifting the phase of the arrived data strobe signal, and synchronizes the sampled read data to the corresponding internal clock signal on the basis of the result of determination of the arrival delay.

The arrangement contains a first PTC device which has a first switching temperature Ts1, has a resistance at 20° C. R2 which is less than R1, has a hold current at the first specified temperature IH2 which is greater than IH1, and is made from a second PTC resistive element composed of a second conductive polymer composition attached to third and fourth electrodes. IH1 equals IH2 at a critical temperature Tcrit, such that at temperatures below Tcrit, the first PTC device switches into a high resistance state and the circuit protection arrangement is resettable, and at temperatures greater than Tcrit, the second PTC device switches into a high resistance state and initiates an action causing the circuit protection arrangement to permanently open.
