    • The embodiments of the present invention disclose a touch stylus, a touch detection method and a touch detection system, which are suitable to be used for writing on a capacitive touch screen and can increase the success rate of touch. A method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: receiving, by a sensing electrode, a square wave signal sent from a stylus tip of a touch stylus; performing a detection process on the square wave signal, by a sensing detection unit, the sensing detection unit having a clock synchronized with a clock of the touch stylus; determining, by a signal processing unit, whether a touch event occurs according to the square wave signal processed with the detection process; and calculating position coordinates of the touch event and reporting the position coordinates to a system control unit, by the signal processing unit, if a touch event occurs.

    • A system for automatically classifying an object of a target image is provided. A classification system provides a collection of classified images along with a classification of the dominant object of the image. The classification system attempts to classify the object of a target image based on similarity of the target image to the classified images. To classify a target image, the classification system identifies the classified images of the collection that are most similar to the target image based on similarity between salient points of the target image and the classified images. The classification system selects a classification associated with the classified images that are most similar to the target image as a classification for the object of the target image.

    • A topic identification system identifies topics of online discussions by iteratively identifying topic words or keywords of the online discussions and identifying language patterns associated with those keywords. The topic identification system starts out with an initial set of keywords and identifies language patterns that each include a keyword. The topic identification system then uses the identified language patterns to identify additional keywords of the online discussion that match the patterns. The topic identification system then again identifies language patterns using the keywords including the newly identified keywords. The topic identification system may repeat the process of identifying language patterns and keywords until a termination criterion is satisfied.

    • A data bus of a DVD+RW recorder between a DSP and a SDRAM usually needs a multilayer wiring board.
