摘要： A card formed in accordance with the invention includes a first assembly comprised of multiple plastic layers attached via an adhesive to a metal layer. The multiple plastic layers forming the first assembly are laminated under a first selected temperature and pressure conditions to preshrink the multiple plastic layers, stress relieve the first assembly and render the first assembly dimensionally stable. The laminated first assembly is then attached to a metal layer via an adhesive layer to form a second assembly which is then laminated at a temperature below the first selected temperature to form a card which is not subjected to warpage and delamination.

The object is attained through a permanent coating of surfaces for inhibiting and/or preventing icing down to ambient temperatures of −10° C., in which the coating comprises polymers with main chains and side chains, wherein the polymer main chains are hydrophobic and the side chains are hydrophilic and the polymer main chains have entered into a chemical and/or chemically-coordinative and/or physical interaction with the surface to be coated and the side chains are arranged on the polymer main chain essentially in the direction away from the surface and at least do not permanently interact with one another.

摘要： Anticorrosive coating compositions comprise a binding polymer and an amorphous aluminum phosphate corrosion inhibiting pigment. The composition comprises from about 1 to 25 percent by weight amorphous aluminum phosphate. The amorphous aluminum phosphate has a water adsorption potential of up to about 25 percent by weight water. The composition provides a controlled phosphate delivery of from about 50 to 500 ppm, and preferably of from about 100 to 200 ppm. The composition has a total solubles content of less than about 1,500 ppm. The amorphous aluminum phosphate is preferably substantially free of alkali metals. The amorphous aluminum phosphate is made by combining aluminum hydroxide with phosphoric acid and sodium aluminate. The amorphous aluminum phosphate is treated to reduce the level of unwanted solubles, and the treated amorphous aluminum phosphate is dried at less than about 300° C. The composition is used as a primer coat, a mid-coat, and/or a top-coat coating.

In particular, a laminate composition comprising a multilayer composition of a clean surface and a dried layer of a soil resistant agent are disclosed. Soil resistant agents according to the invention include copolymers of a maleic/olefin, an olefin/acrylate and combinations thereof and are suitable for delivery with a water or other organic solvent carrier. A kit and methods for treating a clean surface using a soil resistant laminate composition and a soil resistant treatment use composition are provided by the present invention.

The insulating tape has a multilayer construction including a flexible carrier tape providing protection against burn-through, the carrier tape being formed as a thermally conductive metal tape. A flexible intumescent coating is disposed on a second side of the carrier tape.
