摘要： Methods and apparatus are described for removing donor sheets from substrates. A take-up roller contacts the donor element at or near an edge thereof and a peel roller contacts the donor element at a location spaced apart from the edge. A securing mechanism secures the edge of the donor element to the take-up roller which is then moved away from the substrate. While maintaining the peel roller in contact with the donor element, the take-up roller is rotated to take up the donor element while the peel roller and take-up roller are both simultaneously moved in a direction tangential to the substrate. In this manner, the donor element is peeled from the surface of the substrate.

A method for manufacturing a build-up multilayer resin wiring board, which includes a taping process S2 and a peeling process S3. In the taping process S2, two sheets of substrate are supported and adjoined under the condition that the edges thereof are placed close to each other, and a tape is affixed so that the protective film may be connected on the edge of the substrate. In the peeling process S3, the protective films connected to each other are continuously peeled by sequentially lifting them via the tapes so that an interlayer insulation material may remain on the substrate.

The backing sheet may be supported from underneath at multiple locations along the paper path. With the printed label being vertically oriented, the label can be attached to an object, such as a vertically oriented pharmaceutical vial, which can simplify the labeling process.

摘要： A container or array of containers that is are sealed with a peelable seal is transported via a conveyor along a processing path toward a desealing station at which an adhesive surface having a width substantially the same as or greater than the width of the seal is pressed against the upper surface of the peelable seal. A collection rod applies a downward pressure on the adhesive surface, pressing it against the seal and keeping the container or container array in position on the conveyor as the plate moves with the conveyor. As the leading edge of the seal passes the collection rod, the adhesive surface is rolled upward, away from the plane of the seal, pulling up on the leading edge of the seal to separate it from the container or container array while the container or container array is held down by the roller. The removed seal is then discarded.

摘要： A cover peeling machine includes a pair of rolls. The roll has an almost conical shape. Both of the rolls are rotated in a reverse direction. The direction of the rotation is an inward direction as seen from above. A golf ball is put close to a tip of the roll. In the vicinity of the tip, a distance between a nip of the roll and the golf ball is short. Therefore, a clip portion formed on the golf ball can be easily bitten between the rolls. With the rotation of the roll, a cover is peeled from a core. A groove formed on a surface of the roll can prevent the roll and the cover from slipping. After the removal, the cover and the core are recycled respectively.

摘要： A protective sheet peeling device which reliably separates, from a sheet, a protective sheet (an interleaf sheet) which is superposed with one surface of the sheet. A free roller is disposed at a downstream side of a conveying roller of a peeling section, in a state in which one portion of the free roller is disposed on an “imaginary conveying locus” of a printing plate precursor. Further, a displacement roller is disposed at a downstream side of the free roller. After the printing plate precursor, which is superposed with the interleaf sheet, has passed by the free roller, when the displacement roller moves to a position of reaching the “imaginary conveying locus”, the printing plate precursor and the interleaf sheet are curved along the free roller. Due to reverse rotation of the displacement roller, the interleaf sheet is peeled off of the printing plate precursor.
