摘要： Exemplary embodiments of the present invention illustrate lead frame connectors for connecting optical sub-assemblies to printed circuit boards in optical transceiver modules. The lead frame connectors include a stamped and bent conductive lead structure that is encased in a plurality of insert injection molded plastic casings. The plastic casings provide electrical insulation for the conductors in the lead frame as well as mechanical support for the finished component. The lead frame connectors connect to the leads associated with the optical sub-assemblies and are surface mounted onto the printed circuit board to establish connectivity between the optical sub-assembly and the printed circuit board.

摘要： A circuit assembly includes a bus bar substrate and a first relay, in order to provide a circuit assembly in which a size in height can be reduced in conjunction with maintaining compactness, especially for a small occupation area in plan view by a simple structure. The bus bar substrate includes an electrical power circuit in which plural bus bar layers are stacked alternately through electrical insulation layers at plural levels. Each bus bar layer has plural bus bars arranged on the substantially same plane. The first relay is connected to the electrical power circuit through terminals. The first relay includes the terminals having contact pieces to be superposed on the bus bars along a layer surface of the bus bar. The contact piece of at least one of the terminals is joined by welding to a bus bar on a bus bar layer lower than the uppermost bus bar layer.

摘要： In a power conversion module device of the present invention, transformer (11), primary power element (14), and secondary power element (15) are mounted on printed wiring board (16) in surface-to-surface contact therewith, and no control circuit is mounted thereon. In addition to reduction in impedance and loss in the wiring, this constitution improves the voltage waveform of primary power element (14). Thus, noise reduction can be achieved. Further, because heat can be transferred to printed wiring board (16), heat generated from transformer (11), primary power element (14), and secondary power element (15) can be reduced. The size of the transformer can also be reduced.

摘要： An electronic device requires an electronic component to be mounted for the purpose of static shielding. The mounting of such an electronic component raises a problem of avoiding thermal stresses and cracks generated due to the difference between the coefficients of linear expansion of component materials. A positioning recess, a joining-substance thickness ensuring recess, a joining-substance thickness ensuring projection, etc. are formed in a combined manner in an electronic component mount portion of each of leads, whereby spreading of cracks generated in the joining substance can be suppressed and reliability can be improved. Filling a sealing material so as to seal and restrain the electronic component mounted in the electronic component mount portion without leaving voids contributes to further suppressing spreading of cracks generated in the joining substance and ensuring more improved reliability of the joining substance.
