The wipers of the invention exhibit remarkable residue removal efficiency.

摘要： The invention relates to a noil for use in paper manufacture, to be mixed in mixed in the paper pulp. The noil has been produced from cellulose fibre by refining and consists of noil fibrils that, in respect of size distribution, mainly correspond to wire screen fraction P50, and the noil constitutes 0.1-15 w-% of the paper pulp. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for producing said noil. The core of the cardboard consists of chemi-thermomechanical pulp and has a density of 200-450 kg/m3 and the core constitutes 55-80% of the total grammage of the cardboard. The outer plies have a tensile stiffness index of 7.0-9.5 kgNm/g and mainly consist of chemical pulp.

摘要： Microfibrillated celluloses having properties distinguishable from all previously known celluloses, are produced by passing a liquid suspension of cellulose through a small diameter orifice in which the suspension is subjected to a pressure drop of at least 3000 psig and a high velocity shearing action followed by a high velocity decelerating impact, and repeating the passage of said suspension through the orifice until the cellulose suspension becomes a substantially stable suspension. The process converts the cellulose into microfibrillated cellulose without substantial chemical change of the cellulose starting material.
