摘要： An iron powder developing carrier for developing an electrostatic latent image, a manufacturing method thereof, a developer containing said developing carrier and a method of forming a visible image by using said developer.Said iron powder developing carrier has the apparent density from 1.5 to 2.5. Said manufacturing method comprises the steps of sintering a raw iron powder having been ground to particles of not larger than 50 microns in diameter without using any binder agent at the temperature from 900.degree. to 1200.degree. C. to form an sintered body, grinding and classifying said sintered body into an intermediate iron powder having the particle diameter from 50 to 200 microns, then treating said intermediate iron powder to oxidize at the temperature from 280.degree. to 390.degree. C., and adjusting the resultant iron powder so as to have the apparent density from 1.5 to 2.5.

C. to prepare carbonyl sulfide, wherein a reactor is used, in which at least the inner surface is made of an alloy consisting essentially of, based on the weight of the alloy, 20-60% of Cr, 40-65% of Ni, 0-10% of Mo, 0-4% of Nb+Ta, and 0-3% of Fe. The reactor not only possesses good corrosion resistance to the gaseous reaction mixture, but also minimizes the reduction in the purity of carbonyl sulfide produced, which reduction occurs with the lapse of operation time.

摘要： Single-crystal epitaxial layers of compound semiconductors or mixed semiconductors are grown on suitable substrates from the liquid phase, which consists of a molten metallic solvent dissolving a source material of the semiconductors, and within which the temperature gradient is produced so that in a high temperature region of the liquid solution a solid source material is dissolving into the liquid solution with at least a portion of the solid source material always at an undissolved state and in a low temperature region of the liquid solution an epitaxial layer is depositing onto the substrate, the temperatures in the liquid solution being kept constant during the epitaxial growth. Each substrate is positioned in one of a number of slots which are provided in the upper surface of a slider and it is successively transferred with the slider to contact with the liquid solution. The composition and/or the doping level of each epitaxial layer are controlled by the composition and/or the doping level of the solid source material which is selected from a pre-synthesized material, i.e., a solid film produced on the liquid solution by supersaturation and a film deposited on the liquid solution from the vapor phase.

摘要： The present invention provides a system and a method for speeding up immigration. In first immigration, first biometric information is stored in a immigration biometric information DB. A normal immigration client terminal displays a first result of comparing an ID information watch list with a biometric information watch list. In subsequent second immigration, the first biometric information in the immigration biometric information DB is compared with second biometric information obtained by a simplified immigration client terminal. Then, the simplified immigration client terminal displays a second result of comparing the first biometric information with the watch list information that is added after the first comparison is done. Thus even if the number of registrations in a watch list database is large, a small amount of similar watch list information is displayed, reducing the time for checking the results by the operator.

The temperature measuring mechanism is disposed outside the casing. The temperature measuring mechanism measures the temperature of a section of an outer peripheral surface of the casing adjacent the oil flow path.
