By laminating the very low density ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer resin film to the biaxially stretched polyamide resin film through the adhesive layer, tear strength, impact strength and the like of the laminated film are improved by the notch effect. Particularly, resistance to the occurrence of pinholes is much superior to the other laminated films containing similar ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer resin film layer.
