摘要： The present invention relates to silicon-free polyisocyanates or polyurethanes which contain at least one structural unit of formula (1) wherein m is 0 to 8, n is 0 to 8, m+n is≧2, R1 and R2 independently of one another are each hydrogen or an OH-free, optionally substituted C1 to C8 alkyl or cycloalkyl radical, R4 is the radical obtained by removing the carboxylic acid groups from a difunctional aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least two carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 6 carbon atoms or an aromatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 6 carbon atoms, and R3 is the same as R1 or R2 or corresponds to formula (2) wherein R1 and R2 are as defined above and R6 is an alkyl or aryl radical obtained by removing an isocyanate group from a di- or polyisocyanate having optionally blocked NCO groups. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these silicon-free polyisocyanates or polyurethanes.

摘要： The present invention relates to aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersions having a resin solids content of at least 35 wt. % and a pH of at least 7.5 which are prepared bya) forming an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer by reacting a difunctional polyol having a molecular weight of 500 to 6000, a low molecular weight alcohol, a diisocyanate and/or triisocyanate and an isocyanate-reactive compound which has an acid group,b) neutralizing 65% to 95% of the acid groups prior to dispersing the prepolymer in water,c) dispersing the neutralized prepolymer in water,d) chain extending the isocyanate groups with water to form a polyurethane-urea, ande) after completion of the chain extending reaction adding additional neutralizing agent to provide a total amount of neutralizing agent that is sufficient to neutralize at least 115% of the acid groups of component D),wherein the polyurethane-urea contains 1.0 to 4.0%, based on resin solids, of the isolated urea groups. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these polyurethane-urea dispersions and to their use in coating compositions.

C. of 10 to 20,000 mPa.s and a pH of 5.5 to 8.5, wherein the polyurethane has a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 500,000 and a urethane group content (calculated as --NHCO--O--, molecular weight=59) of 2.5 to 15 wt %, and is based on a polyisocyanate component containing 50 to 100 wt % of 1-methyl-2,4- and/or -2,6-diisocyanatocyclohexane.The present invention also relates to aqueous binder compositions containing these aqueous polyurethane dispersions and known crosslinking resins and to the use of the aqueous polyurethane dispersions and aqueous binder compositions as binders for glass fiber sizings.
