    • Provided is an on-vehicle device capable of reducing an operation load on a user attempting connection by selecting a mobile communication terminal to be connected according to user's use state. An on-vehicle device which is mounted on a vehicle and can be connected to a plurality of mobile communication terminals includes a radio communication unit that is connected to the mobile communication terminals to perform radio communication. When the mobile communication terminal of the latest connection history is retrieved in a coverage area of the radio communication unit, the mobile communication terminal and the radio communication unit are connected to each other. When the mobile communication terminal of the latest connection history is not retrieved, a mobile communication terminal of a highest frequency of being connected to the radio communication unit is selected and connected to the radio communication unit each other.
