摘要： A vacuum carrier module includes a substrate having at least one hole and an edge region. There is at least one support on a top surface of the substrate. Further, a gel film is adhered to the edge region of the substrate. The at least one hole fluidly connects a reservoir located above the top surface of the substrate. A method of using a vacuum carrier module includes planarizing a gel film by passing an alignment material through a hole in a substrate to contact a first surface of the gel film, positioning at least one chip on a second surface of the gel film opposite the first surface. The method further includes encasing the at least one chip in a molding material and applying a vacuum to the first surface of the gel film.

The second mould part (3) has an inlet (31) for the molten plastic and a projecting zone (33). The projecting zone (33) is arranged so that, when the tool is closed, it engages with the recessed zone (23), in order to hold the plastic film (4) arranged between the first mould part (2) and the second mould part (3), lying on the clamping surface zone (22) of the first mould part, in the recessed zone (23) under tension.

This arrangement prevents defects caused by embedding a contact pin in a molded body and reliably makes an electrical connection between the contact pin and an electrode pattern layer.

A fixed mold insert is fitted in the fixed mold base and is provided with a sprue and at least one molding cavity.The movable mold base is movable toward or away from the fixed mold base and includes an ejector pin unit and a movable mold insert, which is provided with at least one material receiving cavity. The decorative film is placed in between the fixed and the movable mold insert to cover the molding cavity and material receiving cavity, and is provided with a material passing opening corresponding to the sprue. A method for manufacturing product with decorative patterns is also disclosed to ensure increased yield rate of injection molded products with varied and precise surface patterns through effective cost control in the manufacturing process.

Polymer flow into the cavities is assisted by application of ultrasonic energy to the mold. After the molding operation, mold halves are separated, and the carrier web is advanced, or indexed, to a next position for another molding sequence.
