    • A heating apparatus for cooking, which ventilates the insides of cooking chambers after the cooking of food in the cooking chambers is completed, to rapidly cook the insides of the cooking chambers, and selectively ventilates one out of the cooking chambers. The heating apparatus for cooking includes a main body including a plurality of cooking chambers, which are separable from each other; a plurality of heaters for respectively heating the cooking chambers; and a ventilating device for ventilating the cooking chambers by introducing external air, wherein the ventilating device includes an air blowing unit for blowing the external air to the insides of the cooking chambers, and a flow change unit for selectively supplying air blown by the air blowing unit to the cooking chambers. In addition, methods to achieve the above are disclosed.

    • Disclosed herein is an oven that is capable of discharging hot air generated when cooling a door and heat generated in a cooking chamber through the lower end of the door. The oven includes a door having at least two separated air channels. The air channels comprise at least one first air channel to discharge hot air generated when cooling the door through the lower end of the door, and at least one second air channel to introduce air through the lower end of the door such that the door is cooled. In the housing is mounted a circulating fan. Between the circulating fan and the air channels is connected a channel connecting unit. As the circulating fan is rotated, air flows along the second air channel to cool the door. Hot air generated when cooling the door is introduced into the first air channel through the channel connecting unit, and is then discharged out of the oven through the lower end of the door.

    • A system and method for controlling call admission in a wireless communications network recursively estimates reverse link load levels as a function of changes in base station receive power and/or the number of mobiles served in the cell/sector. In one implementation, a call admission controller utilizes multiple load level estimating methods, whereby a first method estimates load as a function of changes in base station receive power and changes in the number of served mobiles. The call admission controller uses a second method to recursively update load level estimates as proportionally changing with number of users. The call admission controller may utilize a third estimate method as an accuracy check based on a changes in base station receive power measurements. The call admission controller outputs a call blocking command when load level estimates exceed a threshold to avoid cell/sector overload conditions and network instability.

    • Disclosed herein is a dryer having a heater-installed suction duct. The dryer can suppress heat loss while heated air is supplied to the drum, minimizing energy loss in the dryer, and can permit overhauling or replacement of the heater. The dryer comprises a cabinet having an exhaust port and an opening to which a door is provided, a drum rotatably located within the cabinet to accommodate clothes, a holding panel installed to an inner wall of the cabinet and having a through-hole part formed in the holding panel with the drum rotatably connected to the holding panel, a suction duct extending from the through-hole part, and a heater installed in the suction duct to heat air flowing into the drum. The dryer further comprises a cover detachably mounted to a hole formed in a rear side of the cabinet corresponding to the suction duct.
