摘要： A nonaqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries, which maintains small internal resistance and high electrical capacitance in long-term use in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery uses, as an active material, a crystalline carbon material having a high crystallinity, and a negative electrode produced using a polymeric carboxylic compound as a binding agent. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains: (A) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (1) and an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (2); (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a sulfite ester compound, a sulfonate ester compound, an alkali metal imide salt compound, a fluorosilane compound, an organic disilane compound or an organic disiloxane compound; (C) an organic solvent, and (D) an electrolyte salt. A secondary battery using such nonaqueous electrolyte solution is also described.

摘要： Disclosed is a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery using a polyanion compound or a lithium nickelate as a positive electrode active material, suppressing the elution of a transition metal from the polyanion compound or ameliorating the deterioration of a binder by a residual alkali component, and provides a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a negative electrode intercalating and deintercalating lithium ions, a positive electrode containing a lithium-containing compound as a positive electrode active material, and a non-aqueous electrolyte with a lithium salt dissolved in organic solvent. The lithium-containing compound is a polyanion compound or a lithium nickelate. The non-aqueous electrolyte contains a fluorosilane compound: R1 to R3: alkyl group having 1-8 carbon(s), an alkenyl group having 2-8 carbons, a cycloalkyl group having 5-8 carbons, an aryl group having 6-8 carbons or a fluorine atom. 摘要： Disclosed is a nonaqueous electrolyte composition obtained by dissolving an electrolyte salt in an organic solvent. This nonaqueous electrolyte composition is characterized in that the organic solvent is a mixed organic solvent containing 20-35 volume % of ethylene carbonate (a), 35-45 volume % of ethyl methyl carbonate (b), 15-35 volume % of dimethyl carbonate (c) and 3-15 volume % of diethyl carbonate or propylene carbonate (d). With this nonaqueous electrolyte composition, there can be obtained a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having excellent low-temperature characteristics as well as excellent storage characteristics or cycle characteristics.

摘要： An invention relates to an oxygen separating member including a composite membrane made of a porous substrate and an organopolysiloxane film formed on the surface of the substrate. A fluorine-containing organic compound is chemically in the organopolysiloxane film. The process for producing an oxygen separating member comprising a composite membrane having an organopolysiloxane film formed on the surface of a porous substrate includes exposing the film in an inert gas plasma to produce radical active sites in the organopolysiloxane film, and then contacting it with a gaseous fluorine-containing organic compound containing a radical polymerization group to form a chemical linkage between said organopolysiloxane and fluorine-containing compound.
