摘要： A vibrating gyroscope includes a ring-shaped vibrator having a node. A driver element is provided to cause the vibrator to vibrate flexurally. In one embodiment, the vibrator is metallic and the driver and detector are piezoelectric elements. 摘要： A body fluid excretion volume measurement apparatus for medical application. The apparatus stores body fluid excreted from patients in a body fluid storage tank and measures the resistance value with a resistance sensor. The resistance value depends on the shape of the body fluid storage tank, and if the tank is columnar, the resistance value is monotonically increasing with respect to the depth of body fluid. The output of the resistance sensor is processed by a measurement part and electric measurement of the body fluid volume stored in the body fluid storage tank is performed automatically.

摘要： In a frost and dew sensor composed of two thermosensitive resistors, a power source and an arithmetic circuit, frost or dew is detected from the change of a differential temperature between the two thermosensitive resistors as two different currents from the power source are supplied to the respective thermosensitive resistors. In an alternative form, the sensor has a single thermosensitive resistor, which is energized as two different currents are alternately supplied from the power source so that frost or dew is detected by comparison of the time-lags between the two outputs from the thermosensitive resistor.

摘要： An infrared detector with a pyroelectric detector element and an AC amplifier has a chopper control circuit that enables the detector to sense either a moving person or temperature. When used to sense a moving person, the chopper control circuit stops operation of the chopper, and the gain of the amplifier is increased. When used to sense temperature, the chopper is operational, the gain of the amplifier is decreased, and total infrared energy is measured.
