    • PURPOSE: A debounce switching device embedding a debounce circuit is provided to improve the property of the whole circuit by efficiently removing a debounce. CONSTITUTION: A button(200) is prepared for switch on and off. A leaf spring(210) is installed on the lower side of the button. A debounce circuit chip(240) includes a debounce circuit which electrically removes bounce generated by physical elasticity in the on and off of a switch. First to fourth terminal pins(222,224,226,228) are connected to a debounce circuit chip. A first terminal pin is connected to a first output terminal(252). A fourth terminal pin is connected to a second output terminal(254). A third terminal pin is connected to the GND of the embedded debounce circuit through one contact(234) of the switch.

    • A system, a method and an apparatus for a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) antenna switch using a switched resonator are provided to provide high blocking performance in a transmission mode and low insertion loss in a receiver mode. According to a method for fabricating a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) antenna switch, an antenna(100) operating for a transmission signal and a receiving signal in at least one RF(Radio Frequency) band is provided. A transmission antenna operating to transmit a first signal to the antenna and not operating to prevent the first signal from being transmitted to the antenna is connected to the antenna. A receiver antenna is connected to the antenna. The receiver antenna forms a resonance circuit in case of non-operation and forms a filter(104) in case of operation. The filter receives a second signal received by the antenna, and the resonance circuit blocks the reception of the first signal.
