      이를 위해, 본 발명은 기준온도 입력기구부; 설정된 기준온도와 현재온도와의 오차를 플래퍼 변위로 변환하는 오차생성 링크기구부; 플래퍼 변위의 변화에 따라 노즐배압의 변화를 발생시키는 노즐-플래퍼 1단 증폭기구부; 공기압 제어밸브에 인가되는 제어압력을 생성하는 공기압 릴레이 2단 증폭기구부; 밸브봉의 변위를 제어하여 유제의 유량을 조절하는 공기압 제어밸브; 온도가변 후단 감온부; 온도가변 후단 감온부의 온도를 기계적으로 측정하는 부르돈튜브 온도 측정기구부. 부르돈 튜브의 각 변위를 선형눈금 상의 출력온도로 변환하는 출력온도 지시기구부; 플래퍼 동작변위에 비례하는 온도변화 구간을 조절하여 노즐배압이 변하는 응답속도를 조절하는 비례-적분-미분 동작기구부;로 구성된 것이다.

    • According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic temperature control valve comprises: a cylindrical valve body having an inlet on one side of the side surface thereof, having an outlet on the other side facing the inlet, having a valve chamber in an inner space between the inlet and the outlet, and having at least one opened end of both longitudinal ends thereof; an end cap sealing the opened end of the valve body; a disc-shaped sliding member installed on an inner wall facing the end cap of the valve chamber of the valve body able to move; a coil spring arranged between the inside of the end cap and the sliding member, having sides arranged to face the inlet and the outlet made of a shape memory alloy in which adjacent coils adhere to each other when contracted at a specific sensitive temperature; a bias tensile coil spring having both ends connected inside the end cap and the sliding member, arranged inside the shape memory alloy coil spring, and applying an elastic force in the direction of contracting the shape memory alloy coil spring. According to the present invention, the automatic temperature control valve is capable of opening or closing a flow path for a fluid by the contraction and the expansion of the shape memory alloy coil spring and the contraction and expansion of the bias coil spring, such that the valve disc of an existing automatic temperature control valve can be excluded, thereby preventing temperature in an indoor space to be heated from being inaccurately controlled by a differential pressure applied to the front and rear side of the valve disc.
