    • PURPOSE: A printing plate and a replica plate for the same are provided to simplify operational processes by using an original plate with different surface structures and surface energy. CONSTITUTION: A printing plate(100) includes a printing part(110) and a non-printing part(120). The printing part is flat and transfers a dropped solution. The non-printing part includes at least two irregular parts(122). The irregular parts are triangular, rectangular, or semi-circular. The surface energy of the irregular parts is determined based on the sizes, the shapes, the depths, and the gaps of the irregular parts and based on the texture of the printing plate. The printing plate includes at least one of silicon, glass, quartz, organic materials, and inorganic materials.

    • PURPOSE: A permeable transition transfer method using offset is provided to offset delicate and good color, give various shapes and colors, reduce working hours, enhance productivity, and rapidly print. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises five steps. The first step is to mix and melt 24% by weight of PVC resin, 40% by weight of cyclohexanone, 6% by weight of silicone and 30% by weight of xylene, and then apply the mixture to a stencil in screen printing manner. The second step is to re-apply to the dried stencil the mixture of 4% by weight of anti-flowing agent, 12% by weight of PVC resin, 80% by weight of cyclohexanone and 4% by weight of xylene. The third step is to print color image of picture to the stencil using offset. The fourth step is to mix 20% by weight of PVC resin, 25% by weight of dioctylphthalate, 30% by weight of dibutylphthalate, 5% by weight of transparent adhesive and 25% by weight of zinc stearate, coat them to the stencil, and heat at 180deg.C for 1min. The fifth step is to press object to be transferred, and heat at about 170-180deg.C for 10-15sec.
