    • PURPOSE: A lifting device for a flat-bed type plotter is provided to allow printing regardless of a thickness of an output medium by adjusting a height of a flat-bed suitable for the thickness of the output medium. CONSTITUTION: A lifting device for a flat-bed type plotter includes a base frame, a base plate, a lifter, a chain(126), a force delivering unit, and a guide unit. The base plate supports the flat-bed positioned at an upper part of the base plate and at least four jigs positioned at a lower part of the base plate. The lifter is installed on the base frame. The lifter has a screw thread formed at an end part thereof such that the lifter is inserted into the jigs and is rotated. The chain(126) is hung on a sprocket in order to rotate all lifters at the same time.

The head unit discharges the filter element material onto predetermined portions while shifting along a direction which intersects to a direction along which the head devices are arranged.
