    • A thin film capacitor and a thin film capacitor-embedded printed circuit board are provided to improve a leakage current characteristic by including a dielectric layer containing different quantity of metallic phase bismuth. A thin film capacitor includes a first electrode(10), a dielectric layer(20), and a second electrode(30). The dielectric layer is formed on the first electrode and contains BiZnNb based amorphous metallic oxide. The second electrode is formed on the dielectric layer. The BiZnNb based amorphous metallic oxide is a first layer containing metallic phase bismuth. The dielectric layer includes a second layer between the dielectric layer and the first electrode. The second layer includes the BiZnNb based amorphous metallic oxide containing the metallic phase bismuth less than that of the first layer.

    • PURPOSE: A dielectric magnetic composition, a magnetic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve stabilized characteristics even in a high frequency area, while significantly reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric magnetic composition is composed of a main component containing 20 to 80 mole percent TiO2, and ZnO and inevitable impurity; and an additive of 0.5 to 20 weight percent CuO, 0.1 to 5 weight percent MnO2, 0 to 5 weight percent Al2O3, 0.001 to 15 weight percent Sb2O3, and 0.5 to 10 weight percent glass composition. A magnetic capacitor comprises a dielectric layer(11) formed of the dielectric magnetic composition, an internal electrode(12), and terminal electrodes(13,14). The internal electrode and terminal electrodes are formed of a material having a property as a conductor and a high reliability.
