    • A method for manufacturing soft ferrite powders is provided to maintain uniform strength of powders by adjusting the amount of binder to be inserted into a die. An isolating process is performed to isolate metallic powders(S102). An insertion process is performed to insert the isolated metallic powders and a binder into an inside of a die(S104). A molding process is performed to mold the complex particle powders and the binder under the pressure of 10-30 ton/cm^2 at the room temperature within the die(S106). A thermal process is performed to treat thermally the molded result at the temperature of 400-900 degrees centigrade(S108). In the pressing process, the uniform strength of the complex particle powders is maintained by adjusting the amount of the binder to be inserted into the die.

    • The present invention forms a green sheet unit including an aluminum plate, an air-permeable release film, and a green sheet. The air-permeability release film forms an uneven part to discharge gas generated in a thermos-compression process, and a residual solvent, in a plane direction, by being manufactured by coating a film, manufactured by adding silica to a polyethylene terephthalate (PET), with silicon. Accordingly, a composite magnetic sheet manufacturing method of the present invention presents an absorber manufacturing method of high permeability by improving the density of a composite magnetic sheet capable of being used as an absorber by using a thermos-compression method. The present invention is able to raise production efficiency by mounting multiple composite magnetic sheets all at once during thermos-compression and improve the uniformity of the pattern and characteristics of a surface by efficiently removing gas generated in a thermo-compression process.
