    • 본 발명은 DMD(Digital Micromirror Device)를 이용한 양방향 모아레 무늬 획득 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 DMD를 이용하여 대상물에 투영할 때 반대편에서 사각지역이 발생되는 것을 보완하고 정확한 형상의 정보를 획득하기 위하여 파라볼릭 미러를 사용하여 대상물 중심으로 양쪽에서 격자무늬를 투영하는 DMD를 이용한 양방향 모아레 무늬 획득 장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명은 한 개의 광원 및 격자무늬 발생장치를 이용하여 양쪽으로 투영이 가능하고 고가의 격자무늬 발생장치를 하나만 사용하여 양방향을 투영하므로 경제적인 효과가 있다.
      또한, 솔레노이드에 의해 양쪽을 선택하기 때문에 종래의 기술에 비해 셔터부분이 필요 없는 효과가 있으며 더욱이, 격자에서 반사된 광을 파라볼릭 미러를 사용하여 평행광으로 만들기 때문에 솔레노이드에 의한 위치 재생성 문제가 발생하지 않아 좌우 양쪽을 번갈아 투영하여도 항상 같은 격자무늬를 획득할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • A Moire device using a digital micromirror device is provided to reduce a measuring time by measuring two kinds of lattices with different colors in one frame at the same time using a color camera. An optical source(100) produces the collimated light. Two kinds of filters have different colors and make one frame. A DMD(Digital Micromirror Device)(300) generates a lattice pattern about the filter with different colors. A projection lens(400) projects the lattice pattern to one object. An imaging lens(600) receives respective lattice pattern which is projected to the object and transformed. A camera sensor(700) calculates an initial phase value by the sum of the received lattice pattern.

    • PURPOSE: A moire pattern imaging device is provided to obtain a simple structure designed to simply be mounted to a CCD(charge-coupled device) camera and to pickup images of an object to be scanned using a moire pattern. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body of moire pattern imaging device is provided with a connecting portion on its one side to detachably mount to a leading end of the lens of detecting device such as CCD camera, a digital camera. On a peripheral portion of the cylindrical body is protruded a lamp(22) case in which a lighting optical portion is received for radiating a flux of light. To reflect lights from the optical portion, a reflecting plate(30) is disposed in a diagonal direction in the interior of the body. To irradiate toward a focus after refracting parallel light reflected by the reflecting plate, a field lens(40) made of a convex lens is installed at a distance to the reflecting plate. Installing adjacent to the field lens, a reticle film(50) with a pattern for forming checkered patterns, a plurality of vertical or horizontal lines at a constant interval by rays reflected from the reflecting plate. To incidence the pattern of the reticle film into an object to be imaged or to project on the reticle film again, a portion of projection lens(70) is provided in the body of the object to be imaged. To project again the images projected from the projection lens into a detecting device, a projection lens(80) is installed in the interior of the detecting device on a leading end of the reflecting plate.
