    • PURPOSE: A valve is provided to drastically improve chemical resistance and to implement excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A valve comprises a casing (20), a valve seat (22), a valve body (4), a movable member (5), and multiple movable member driving members (7). The casing is provided with an entrance (20a) of fluid; branch flow paths (20c) which are multiply branched off from a surface which is connected to the entrance and at a right angle to the axial direction; and an exit (20d) which is connected to all of the branch flow paths. The valve seat is installed on the entrance of the casing. The valve body is placed inside the casing, and arranged to be connected to or separated from the valve seat of the casing. The movable member is placed inside the casing, and arranged to be movable in the axial direction inside movable member movement chambers (20f,20g) which are separated from the branch paths. The movable member has one end (5a) which is connected to the valve body and the other end which is equipped with a driving power receiving unit (5c). The movable member has multiple inclined surfaces (5e), which are inclined from the entrance of the casing toward the exit to become closer to the axial core of the driving power receiving unit, in between a part which faces the contiguous branch flow paths on the outside of the driving power receiving unit and a part which faces the branch flow paths.

    • A cam valve in which a zero point adjustment of the valve is simply and easily made by finely vertically adjusting an actuator made up of a stepping motor and a cam mechanism. In the cam valve (1) of a stepping motor drive type, a stem (7) is vertically movably installed in a body (2) having an inflow path (2a), an outflow path (2b), a valve chamber (2c), and a valve seat (2d). The stem (7) is lowered by the actuator composed of the stepping motor (9) provided above the stem (7) and of the cam mechanism (10) for converting the rotational motion of the stepping motor (9) into linear motion and transmitting it to the stem (7). This causes a diaphragm (3) placed in the valve chamber (2c) or a valve body (30) placed at the lower end of the stem (7) to be in contact with the valve seat (2d). A lifting support mechanism (11) for liftably supporting the actuator is provided on a bonnet (5) covering the valve chamber (2c) of the body (2), and the lifting support mechanism (11) is provided with a fine height adjustment mechanism (12) for performing a fine adjustment of the height of the actuator relative to the stem (7).

    • A valve body has a passage for the flow of fluid, a ball valve being positioned in the passage for rotatable movement to open and close the passage. An actuator moves the valve between the open and closed positions. A bent unitary valve stem extends between the valve member and the actuator. The lower end of the valve stem is rotatably connected to the valve. The bearing assembly connects the stem to the actuator. The bellows bent to follow the curvature of the valve stem, surrounds it to form a pressure boundary, hermetically sealing the valve stem. Turning the actuator transmits torque through the pressure boundaries without applying torque to the bellows.
