    • 본발명은상대와하대를간편하게결합및 분리할수 있으면서도견고한결합력을유지할수 있는당구큐를개시한다. 본발명은상대, 하대, 수조인트, 암조인트, 코일스프링과장부맞춤구조로구성되어있다. 수조인트는상대와하대중 어느하나의암나사에체결할수 있도록형성되어있는제1 수나사와, 제1 수나사의단부에형성되어있는플랜지와, 플랜지로부터축 방향을따라연장되어있는제1 실린더와, 제1 실린더의외면에둘레를따라형성되어있는로킹그루브를갖는다. 암조인트는상대와하대중 다른하나의암나사에체결할수 있도록형성되어있는제2 수나사와, 제2 수나사의단부로부터축 방향을따라연장되어있고제1 실린더를끼워맞춤시킬수 있는보어가형성되어있는제2 실린더와, 로킹그루브와정렬될수 있도록보어의내면에둘레를따라형성되어있는그루브를갖는다. 코일스프링은보어안으로일부분이돌출되는스프링돌출부분을갖도록그루브에둘레를따라장착되어있다. 스프링돌출부분은수 조인트와암 조인트의결합을유지할수 있도록로킹그루브에끼워진다. 수조인트와암 조인트의회전을방지할수 있는장부맞춤구조는제1 실린더의단부로부터연장되어있는다각형장부와, 다각형장부를끼워맞춤시킬수 있도록보어의바닥에형성되어있는다각형장부구멍으로구성되어있다. 본발명에의하면, 수조인트와암 조인트사이에개재되어있는코일스프링에의해상대와하대를간편하게결합및 분리할수 있고, 수조인트와암 조인트의결합력을견고하게유지시킬수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A linear flexure bearing is provided to have high radial stiffness and low axial stiffness by optimally designing a diaphragm and a spacer with regard to shapes changed to reciprocating motions of a shaft and to expand life span by receiving less stress caused by torsion. CONSTITUTION: A linear flexure bearing is composed of a diaphragm, an inner spacer(30), and an outer spacer(40). The diaphragm comprises a circular ring shaped hub; hub arms formed at equal angles to the outer periphery of the hub and radially arranged; a circular ring-shaped rim for surrounding the hub and the hub arm; rim arms radially formed to the inner periphery of the rim with the same number of the hub arms; and flexure blades formed in a circular arc shape between opposite sides of the hub arm and the rim arm, which are not adjacent to each other. The inner spacer fixed to correspond to the shape of the hub includes a hub spacer(32) formed in a same shape with the hub; hub spacer arms(34a,34b,34c) arranged to the outer periphery of the hub spacer; and supporting projections(36) formed at the edge of the hub spacer arms. The outer spacer fixed to correspond to the rim includes a rim spacer(41) having a same shape with the rim; rim spacer arms(43a,43b,43c) formed to the inner periphery of the rim spacer; and supporting projections(45) formed to the edge of the rim spacer arms.

    • A bush mounted structure in a suspension is provided to mount a bush easily by installing a bush mounted pipe to be relatively moved axially for a trailing arm, and to reduce manufacturing cost and time without a CTBA(coupled torsion beam axle) suspension. A bush mounted pipe(3) is mounted with a bush by fitting the bush to a front end of a suspension arm. The pipe is installed to be moved along an axial direction of the pipe by a moving device(2). The suspension arm is a trailing arm(1). One side of the bush mounted pipe is cut. The pipe has a flange(3a) whose both sides are bent and is combined with combining bolts. An expanded part(1a) is formed at the front end of the trailing arm. The moving device has one end integrally fixed to the pipe, and the other end configured with a connecting pipe(4), a rack bar, a supporting member, and a pinion gear bar.

    • A spring coefficient variable type bush structure is provided to vary spring constants according to the size of the input load and to improve turning stabilities of low and high speeds by increasing the spring constant to proper inclination when the input load of the bush is small in the low speed turning and increasing the spring constant to relatively low inclination when the input load of the bush is large in the high speed turning. An inner pipe(2) is inserted in an outer hollow pipe(1). A rubber member(3) is placed between the inner and outer pipes. A first oil chamber(4), which is filled with oil, is formed at the rubber member. The first oil chamber is communicated with a second oil chamber(7) formed at the outer periphery of the outer pipe by an inlet port(4b) and an outlet port(4a). Opening and closing valves(5,6) are installed at the ports respectively. The second oil chamber is formed by a housing(7a) and a sleeve(7b). The opening and closing valves are elastically supported by a spring(6a).
