摘要： A transformable tuft product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the advantage that it can not coat with the normal additional polyethylene - powder in the conventional rug industry and it be laminated to the state connected to the damping layer. A transformable tuft product is the tuft product transformable and especially which is handled with tufting. Particularly, as to the method for manufacturing the rug upper layer for using in the interior of automobile sub-area, the melt blown - non-woven arranges on the transformable polyester - tufting carrier, and the melt blown - non-woven and polyester - tufting carrier are commonly processed with tufting. The tuft product is transferred to the additional rug manufacturing process it only heat-treats the tuft penetration especially without precoat.

摘要： PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to securely fix pile yarns without an additional latex coating process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(100) of an artificial turf structure comprises a foam sheet supply unit(110), a weaving unit(120), and a thermal bonding unit(130). The foam sheet supply unit supplies first and second foam sheets which form a first structure. The weaving unit forms a second structure by turfing pile yarns on the top of the first structure. Portions of the pile yarns penetrating through the first structure are exposed to the bottom surface of the second structure. The thermal bonding unit compresses the second structure using tension and thermally fuses the pile yarns exposed to the bottom surface of the second structure.
