    • A method for preparing a monodisperse crosslinked polymer fine particle, a monodisperse crosslinked polymer fine particle prepared by the method, a spacer for LCD using the fine particle, and a conductive fine particle using the fine particle are provided to reduce the distribution of particle size, to increase compression modulus and the recovery after compression deformation. A method for preparing a monodisperse crosslinked polymer fine particle comprises the steps of adding a mixture comprising 3-10 parts by weight of an oil-soluble initiator dissolved in 100 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer mixture containing 50 wt% or more of a crosslinking vinyl monomer to an aqueous solution where a surfactant is dissolved to prepare an aqueous emulsion; adding the aqueous emulsion to a monodisperse seed particle dispersion so as to swell it by 20-300 times by weight; and polymerizing the swollen mixture.
