    • PURPOSE: A novel method for preparing gallamine triethiodide is provided, to obtain gallamine triethiodide without extraction and evaporation processes and by using no explosive material such as sodium amide with improved production yield. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of refluxing the compound represented by the formula II and the compound represented by the formula IV in the presence of an organic solvent and a metal hydroxide; filtering the reaction solution; and adding iodoethanol to the residue(filtrate) and refluxing the mixture to obtain the gallamine triethiodide represented by the formula I. The metal hydroxide is an alkali metal hydroxide, and preferably sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide; and the organic solvent is preferably selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, tetrahydrofuran, acetone and their mixtures.
    • 目的:提供一种新的制备三乙醇胺的方法,以获得没有提取和蒸发过程的三甲基碘化胺,并且不使用具有提高的产率的爆炸性物质如氨基钠。 构成:该方法包括在有机溶剂和金属氢氧化物存在下回流由式II表示的化合物和由式IV表示的化合物的步骤; 过滤反应溶液; 并向残留物(滤液)中加入碘乙醇并回流该混合物以获得由式I表示的三聚氰胺三胍盐。该金属氢氧化物是碱金属氢氧化物,优选氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾; 有机溶剂优选选自甲醇,乙醇,四氢呋喃,丙酮及其混合物。
