    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of beta naphthol is provided to easily extract beta sodium salt form a by-product using a layer separation method, and to prevent the generation of toxic gas from the reaction of the by-product and a basic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of beta naphthol comprises the following steps: forming sulfuric acid naphthalene by sulfation reacting naphthalene(S110); forming sulfuric acid sodium naphthalene salt by first neutralization-reacting the sulfuric acid naphthalene(S120); forming beta sodium salt by adding the sulfuric acid sodium naphthalene salt to a reaction solvent containing water and an organic solvent, and performing a hydrolysis(S130); separating the beta naphthalene salt and by-products from the solvent(S140); and forming the beta naphthol by second neutralization-reacting the beta naphthalene salt(S150).
    • 目的:提供β-萘酚的制造方法,以便通过层分离方法容易地提取副产物的β钠盐,并且防止副产物与碱性溶剂的反应产生有毒气体。 构成:β-萘酚的制造方法包括以下步骤:通过硫酸盐反应形成硫酸萘(S110); 通过首先中和硫酸萘反应形成硫酸钠钠(S120); 通过向含有水和有机溶剂的反应溶剂中加入硫酸钠盐形成β钠盐,进行水解(S130)。 从溶剂中分离β萘盐和副产物(S140); 并通过第二次中和反应β-萘盐形成β-萘酚(S150)。
