    • A new method that can produce high purity NO2, a method of producing nitrous oxide with a ultra-high purity of 99.999% or more, and a production method of nitrous oxide that can be mass-produced by a simple process are provided. A production method of ultra-pure nitrous oxide by thermal decomposition comprises: a step of thermally decomposing ammonium nitrate in a reactor; a step of filtering impurities from the thermal decomposition product by water-showering and adsorption to produce nitrous oxide with a low purity of 88 to 99%; a refining step of condensing the low purity nitrous oxide in a distillation column to produce nitrous oxide with a purity of 99.999% or more; and a step of packing the ultra-pure nitrous oxide. The production method further comprises the step of adsorbing water with a high boiling point and carbon dioxide onto the nitrous oxide by passing the nitrous oxide through a molecular sieve before injecting the nitrous oxide into the distillation column in the refining step.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nitrous oxide hydrate comprising: a step of injecting purified water into a reactor for producing nitrous oxide hydrate; a step of manufacturing a suspension by putting 10-1000 ppm of natural organic matters and 0.1-5 wt% of soil mineral into the purified water within the reactor; and a step of creating nitrous oxide hydrate by injecting nitrous oxide into the reactor including the suspension.
