A compression packer for living waste comprises: a living waste compression part(100) including a hopper(101) into which collected living waste is supplied, a compression pusher(103) for pushing dropped living waste into a compression chamber, a living waste injection cylinder(102) which has the compression pusher, and which is installed at the side direction of the compression chamber, a compression plate(105) for compressing the living waste injected into the compression chamber, and a compression cylinder(104) having the compression plate; and a packing apparatus(200) for packing compressed living waste discharged from the compression chamber, wherein the packing apparatus comprises: a first packer(210) including a blocking gate(400) which is installed on a moving plate having the operating conveyor installed thereon, and which is opened or closed by operation of a hydraulic motor, a first wrapping machine(218) on which a vinyl film roll is installed to initially wrap four faces of the compressed living waste with a vinyl film, and an operating conveyor(226) for conveying the compressed living waste wrapped by the first wrapping machine to the second wrapping machine via a transporting conveyor; and a second packer(250) including a second wrapping machine(257) on which a vinyl film roll is installed to wrap the four faces of the compressed living waste again with a vinyl film, and a horizontal rotary conveyor(266) rotated by a rotary unit to complete packing of the compressed living waste by wrapping residual two faces of the compressed living waste with the vinyl film.

The case is cooled with coolant(15) in a space part(23), and a toothbrush(16) is contained in the case. A synthetic resin plate(17) or coating sheet plate is cut according to the case, and pressed with high frequency. The cutting line is formed in the synthetic resin sheet plate, and the toothbrush packing case is passed through a guide roller of a bent part. The toothbrush is packed with separating the case from the synthetic resin sheet. Productivity is increased, and expenses are reduced with packing the toothbrush by high/low frequency heat sealing according to material of the synthetic resin sheet.
