    • PURPOSE: A fabric coloring film and a laminating fabric manufacturing method using the same are provided to maintain the same color on a left and right side, to be free from discoloration, fading, and contamination due to laundry or dry cleaning, and to prevent discoloration, fading and contamination of the film due to friction. CONSTITUTION: A fabric coloring film is formed with a dye layer which is formed on one side of an OPP film or a PET film. The dye layer includes liquid polyurethane: 70-90wt%, clam powder: 2-18wt%, and dye: 2-18wt%. The dye layer is also provided with 0.1-1.5wt% of tetrabutylammonium 3-chloro benzonate. A laminating fabric manufacturing method is composed of the step of coating a polyurethane adhesive on a dye layer of a coloring film; the step of combining the dye layer of the film with a fabric; the step of drying the combined film and the combined fabric body; and the step of transferring the dye lay of the film to the fabric.     • 본 발명은 직물지 착색용 필름 및 이를 이용한 라미네이팅 직물지 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 직물지 착색용 필름을 이용하여 제조되는 라미네이팅 직물지는 좌우이색이 없고 세탁/드라이클리닝시에 변퇴색 및 오염이 잘 되지 않으며 마찰시에도 변퇴색 및 오염이 잘 되지 않는다.
      본 발명의 직물지 착색용 필름은, OPP 필름 또는 PET 필름 일면에 염료층이 형성되어 이루어지되, 상기 염료층은 액상의 폴리우레탄 70 내지 90 중량%, 조개가루 2 내지 18 중량%, 염료 2 내지 18 중량% 및 테트라 부틸 암모늄 3-클로로벤조네이트 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      본 발명의 라미네이팅 직물지 제조방법은, 직물지 착색용 필름의 염료층에 폴리우레탄 접착제를 도포하는 단계; 상기 폴리우레탄 접착제가 도포된 필름의 염료층에 직물지를 합지시키는 단계; 상기 합지된 필름과 직물지의 합지체를 건조시키는 단계; 및 상기 건조된 합지체로부터 상기 필름을 분리시키면서 상기 필름의 염료층을 상기 직물지에 전사시키는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • A transfer paper manufacturing method using offset printing is provided to reproduce the original color directly without a correction printing process and to transfer clear patterns and pictures on the surface of tiles or porcelain. A transfer paper manufacturing method using offset printing comprises the steps of: atomizing a printing pigment in the size of 1~5 micrometers(S1); producing the liquid pigment ink by mixing particle of the printing pigment with an adhesive binder and dispersing the mixture in a dispersing machine(S2); coating the surface of a transfer paper with an offset printing medium, the white ink, or transparent ink(S3); separating the color of a pattern or picture to be printed, into RGB(Red, Green, Blue) colors and then separating the RGB colors into 7~8 colors again(S4); selecting the size of a halftone dot to be printed, at high resolution(S5); adding up the number of selected halftone dots and outputting the halftone dots on each division plate divided in 7~8 colors by a printing plate(S6); installing each printing plate on an offset printer(S7); offset-printing the surface of the transfer paper(S8); and coating the surface of the offset-printed transfer paper with acryl resin or paraffin solution(S9).
