    • 본발명은철, 알루미늄, 플라스틱, 세라믹, 고무및 유리등의다양한요철면에다양한문양을목적물에직접전사할수 있도록하는수전사용유기용제조성물및 그를이용한전사방법에관한것이다. 본발명의수전사용유기용제조성물은메틸에틸케톤 10 내지 60wt%; 자일렌 10 내지 50wt%; 에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르 10 내지 50wt%; 및, 이소포론또는메틸살리실레이트 5 내지 20wt%를포함한다. 또한, 본발명의수전사용유기용제조성물을이용한수전사방법은, 전기제조된유기용제조성물을목적물에도포하는단계; 문양이인쇄된전사필름을전사탱크내의물에띄우고, 전사필름위로전기유기용제조성물이도포된목적물을눌러서액압에의해상기문양을물체표면에전사하는단계; 및, 전기문양이인쇄된목적물을침적탱크내에서물로세척하고, 오븐에서건조시키는단계를포함한다. 본발명에의하여수전사과정중 사용되는유기용제의손실을최소화할수 있으며고가의환경설비도필요없게되어, 종래의스프레이방법에비하여보다단순한공정으로경제적인수전사가가능할수 있다. 또한, 본발명의유기용제조성물의성분비를적절하게조절함으로써, 매우우수한물성을나타내는전사된요철을얻는부수적인효과도기대할수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a steering wheel rim for a vehicle is provided to prevent environmental pollution without using a PVA(Poly Vinyl Acetate) solution and to promote improvement in productivity and cut-down of costs. CONSTITUTION: A masking tape is bonded to a transfer portion of a steering wheel rim for vehicle. The steering wheel rim having the bonded masking tape is laid on a horizontal turntable(20), and the middle of the masking tape is slit to form a bonding line. Then the lower part of the half is cut. The other non-cut upper part of the masking tape is covered. The lower part of the bonding line is transferred with being washed and dried. After that, the non-cut upper part of the bonding line and the masking tape having the covered upper part are removed. A masking tape is bonded to the transferred steering wheel rim. The steering wheel rim having the bonded masking tape is put on the turntable again. Another bonding line is formed on a part lower about 0.05-0.2mm than the primary bonding line of the masking tape. The upper part of the half is cut. The non-cut lower part of the masking tape and the lower part thereof are covered. The upper part of the bonding line is transferred secondarily, washed and dried. Finally, the masking tape is removed. Herein, clamps(23) are adopted to fix the turntable and the steering wheel rim.

    • PURPOSE: A method of water transcription is provided to reduce the amount of using an organic solvent without environmental equipments. CONSTITUTION: A method of water transcription is comprised of the steps of: spreading the composition of the organic solvent on a purposed material; floating a transcription film printed with a pattern on the water in a transcription tank and transcribing the pattern on the surface of an object by pressing the purposed material on the transcription film; washing the purposed material printed with an electric pattern with water in a deposition tank and drying in an oven. Herein, the organic solvent includes 10 to 60wt% of methylethylketone, 20 to 50wt% of xylene, 10 to 50wt% of ethyleneglycolmonobutylether and 5 to 20wt% of isophorone or methylsalicylate.
