    • 본발명은자동차헤드라이트재생장치에대한것으로, 더욱상세하게는 UV 코팅제가뿌려진자동차헤드라이트에 1차적으로적외선램프를통한열처리로코팅제가골고루펴질수 있도록하고, 2차적으로자외선램프를통해경화시킴으로써우수한자외선(UV)경화와하드코팅으로표면의투명도내구성이오래지속될수 있도록도우며변색된헤드라이트를복원할수 있는자동차헤드라이트재생장치및 자동차헤드라이트재생방법에관한것이다. 본발명은박스형상으로제작된작업부스(100), 상기작업부스의상부에안착되어결합되고분리가가능한컨트롤박스(500), 상기작업부스내 하부에위치하여경화물품(A)을안치하여회전시킬수 있는회전부(200)를포함하는자동차헤드라이트재생장치를제공한다. 또한작업부스내에제1자외선램프(400), 제2자외선램프(410)와적외선램프(300)를포함하되, 상기자외선램프는상부중앙과한쪽측면에위치하며, 상기적외선램프는자외선램프가위치하지않은반대쪽측면에위치하는것을특징으로하는자동차헤드라이트재생장치를제공한다. 또한상기컨트롤박스(500)는전원단자(510), 적외선램프단자(520), 자외선램프단자(530), 타이머(540) 등을구비하여전원, 적외선램프, 자외선램프등을가동하게하며또한시간으로가동하게할 수있도록제어하는기능을수행하는것을특징으로하는자동차헤드라이트재생장치를제공한다. 또한자동차헤드라이트의표면을광택연마하는공정(1공정), 자동차헤드라이트의표면을알콜로세척한후 먼지를잘 닦아내어남아있는이물질을제거하는공정(2공정), 자동차헤드라이트재생장치의적외선을가동시켜작업부스내부를예열하는공정(3공정) 자동차의헤드라이트에코팅제를분사하여도포하는공정(4공정), 상기의코팅제를도포한자동차헤드라이트를자동차헤드라이트재생장치의회전판(200)에안치한후 회전판을회전하면서자외선램프를자동차헤드라이트에조사하는경화공정(제5공정)을포함하여이루어진자동차헤드라이트재생방법을제공한다.

    • The present invention relates to an ultraviolet curing apparatus for curing a glass fiber sheet coated with a liquid resin composition by using ultraviolet rays and, in particular, to an ultraviolet curing apparatus for a glass fiber sheet coated with a liquid resin composition having excellent optical properties owing to a resin layer uniformly cured on a glass fiber sheet by attaching a release sheet to a liquid-coated glass fiber sheet being transferred vertically from a lower side to an upper side before ultraviolet curing and detaching the release sheet after curing. The present invention comprises a housing composed of a vertical frame or a horizontal frame for maintaining a skeletal structure thereof; a release attachment roller part arranged at the lower part of the housing and attaching the release sheet composed of a transparent material to both surfaces of the supplied glass fiber sheet coated with a liquid resin composition; an ultraviolet irradiation part arranged at the upper part of the release attachment roller part and irradiating ultraviolet rays to the glass fiber sheet having the release sheet attached thereto; and a release detachment roller part arranged at the upper part of the ultraviolet irradiation part and detaching the transferred release sheet of the glass fiber sheet.

The content of carbon nanotube in the carbon nanotube-containing solution is between 0.1 and 10%. The carbon nanotube-containing solution is dried using a drying unit(160) to form a carbon nanotube coating film. The dried carbon nanotube coating film is rewound using a re-winding unit(190).
