CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube(CNT) film comprises the following steps: a step of forming a base binder layer possible to wet-etch on a substrate(S110); a step of forming a CNT coating layer including carbon nanotubes on the top surface of the base binder layer(S120); a step of forming a top binder layer possible to wet-etch on the top surface of the CNT coating layer(S130); a step of wet-etching an etching target area on the top binder layer and the base binder layer(S140); and a step of removing the carbon nanotubes remaining on the etching target area.     • A carbon natotube conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the adhesive strength between a carbon nanotube and a substrate through the preprocessing before coating the carbon nanotube, and to maintain a stable conductance value for a long time after the acid doping through a surface stabilizing process after the acid treatment. A method for manufacturing a carbon natotube conductive film comprises (S10) a step for preprocessing the surface of a substrate; a step for obtaining the carbon nanotube composition for forming a conductive film by mixing a carbon nanotube, a dispersing agent and solvent; (S20) a step for forming the carbon nanotube film on the surface of a substrate by applying a composition for forming a conductive film on the pre-processed surface; (S30,S40) a step for treating the carbon nanotube film for 0.1-120 minutes and washing the acid-treated carbon nanotube film; and (S50) a step for heat-treating the washed product at 50~300 °C.
