CONSTITUTION: In each of the roll drying parts 16 and 18 of an apparatus 10 for producing the film 26, at least a part is a high temperature drying zone for supplying drying air of at least 115°C for drying. In the zone, (1) the air is supplied from the support surface 26A side of the film 26, (2) the air is supplied from the air surface 26B side of the film 26 to control the flow velocity of the drying air to be blown to the film 26 to be 3 m/s or below, or (3) the air is supplied from both sides of the film 26. When the film 26 is immersed in water of 25°C, the radius of curvature of the curled film 26 is at least 25 mm. When the film 26 is divided into two in the thickness direction, the plasticizer content ratio between the support surface 26A and the air surface 26B side of the film 26 is 1.2-2.0.
