Preferably the rare earth element barium cuprate comprises further at least one element selected from the group consisting of Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Zn, Cd, Sc, Zr, Hf, Pt, Pd, Os, Ir, Ru, Ag, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Ti, S and F.
