A temperature inverse-proportion current generation unit(420) generates current inverse proportion to the change of temperature through the current paths. A reference voltage generation unit(430) for internal voltage generates a reference voltage for internal voltage by using the current of the temperature proportion current generation unit and the current of the temperature inverse-proportion current generation unit. A temperature voltage output unit(460) outputs the voltage corresponding to the change of temperature.

    • A correction circuit (12) for providing an error correction voltage for a voltage reference (11). The voltage reference (11) provides a reference voltage within a predetermined temperature range. The voltage reference prior to correction has a peak magnitude at a temperature T0 within the predetermined temperature range. A first circuit (13) generates a correction current. Zero current is provided by the first circuit (13) at T0. A second circuit (14) receives the correction current and provides an output current that is uni-directional or of the same sense above and below T0. Means responsive to the output current of the second circuit (14) generates a voltage that is combined to the reference voltage above and below T0.

    • PURPOSE: A shift register and electronic apparatus are provided to precisely operate for a long time even at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A digital still camera includes a camera main body portion(201) and a lens unit portion(202). The camera main body portion(201) includes a display portion(210) and a mode setting key(212a) in the front part thereof. The mode setting key(212a) is a key used for switching between a recording mode for picking up an image and recording it in a later-described memory and a reproduction mode for reproducing the recorded image. The display portion(210) is provided with a liquid crystal display. This portion functions as a view finder for displaying an image captured by a lens(202a) before image pickup in the recording mode and functions as a display for displaying a recorded image in the reproduction mode. The camera main body portion(201) includes on the top face thereof a power supply key(211), a shutter key(212b), a "+" key(212c), a "-" key(212d), and a serial input/output terminal(213). The power supply key(211) is used for turning on/off the power supply of the digital still camera by performing the slide operation. The shutter key(212b), the "+" key(212c) and the "-" key(212d) constitute the key input portion(212) together with the above-described mode setting key(212a).
