    • A method for depositing a shielding film of a rear cover and a jig thereof are provided to improve work efficiency by clearly depositing shielding powers onto only a deposition surface, deal with the rear cover for the deposition work very conveniently, improve product quality by exactly performing the deposition only onto a part needing the deposition, and maximizing productivity. A method for depositing a shielding film of a rear cover comprises the following steps of: fixing plural housings to a through-hole bottom of an upper plate(S100); elastically installing plural housings in a through-hole upside of a lower plate(S200); assembling the rear cover of a portable phone with the housing of the upper plate(S300); enabling a coil spring of a lower housing to compress a surface of the rear cover as performing location setup by placing the upper plate on the lower plate(S400); closely contacting a deposition surface of the rear cover around the through-hole of the upper housing(S500); forming a shielding film on the deposition surface of the rear cover exposed in the housing of the upper plate by supplying the jig, made by combination of the upper and lower plates, onto a line entering a deposition room where shielding power are ejected(S600); and releasing the combination of the upper and lower plates by separating a slide band from the jig, and separating the rear cover having the shielding film from the housing of the upper plate(S700).

    • PURPOSE: An electromagnetic protection device for a drawer is provided to protect a drawer provided with electronic cards from electromagnet interference by placing the electronic cards in the drawer in a specified position in a drawer housing structure. CONSTITUTION: A structure uses conducting sheets with holes to combine electromagnetic screening with air circulation. The electronic circuit boards(6) are mounted parallel and side by side within a drawer(1) which may be introduced into a protective casing(11). The casing comprises lateral walls(12) and upper(13) and lower(14) panels. A rear panel(19) completes the box structure of the casing, and all panels are electrically conducting. These panels are screwed together, and elastic spring elements are provided to ensure the retention of the drawer within the casing. The spring elements themselves are also electrically conducting, ensuring electrical contact between the casing and the structure of the drawer. The casing panels have a number of apertures in them, allowing for both the circulation of air, and the passage of connecting cables.
