    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a plane heater having an electromagnetic wave shielding function is provided to add the electromagnetic wave shielding function to the plane heater by dipping a base paper coated with fluoro-carbon into a mixed solution including carbon black. CONSTITUTION: A base paper(1) formed with pulp or fiber is dipped into water including fluoro-carbon(2) of 5 to 50 weight percent by a wet-laid method. The fluoro-carbon is coated on a surface of the base paper(1). The base paper(1) is dried. The base paper(1) coated with the fluoro-carbon(2) and a conductive polymer layer(6) is dipped into water including carbon black(3) of 3 to 5 weight percent, conductive polymer of 1 to 2 weight percent, binder of 1 weight percent. The carbon black(3) is coated on the surface of the base paper(1) by performing the dipping process. The base paper(1) is dried. A cutting process for the base paper(1) is performed. A plurality of electrode lines(4,4') are installed on the base paper(1). A plurality of insulating members are coated on the base paper(1).

    • PURPOSE: A ceramic carbon fiber sheet plane heater is provided to achieve different heating characteristics in vertical and horizontal directions, optimize uniformity of heating temperature, and improve heating efficiency and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber(2) has an oriented arrangement to have thermal properties in vertical or horizontal directions on a plane. The carbon fiber(2) is arranged on a pulp member(1). At least one pair of electrodes is formed in the vertical and horizontal directions of a carbon fiber heating sheet. Polymer insulating members of at least one layer are laminated on upper and lower surfaces of the carbon fiber heating sheet. A heat transfer medium of fiber or powder type is included in the carbon fiber heating sheet to prevent a thermal ununiformity between a high density part(6) in which a carbon fiber density is high and a low density part(5) in which a carbon fiber density is low. The carbon fiber heating sheet includes a heat transfer medium. The polymer insulating member includes a heat transfer medium.

    • PURPOSE: A sheet pyrogen is provided to adequately emit infrared rays for human body to feel a proper temperature by using a carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION: A pyrogen(23) mixed with carbon fiber includes a carbon fiber extracted and mixed sheet pyrogen(21) in the center and polyimide resin sheets(22) as a heatresisting resin layered on both sides of the carbon fiber extracted and mixed sheet pyrogen(21). The thickness of the polyimide resin(22) sheet is 20-30μm in order to adequately protect the carbon fiber extracted and mixed sheet pyrogen(21). An epoxy resin having a pyrolysis starting temperature of about 300deg.C and a fluoric resin are able to be used as a synthetic resin instead of the polyimide resin(22). The total thickness of the pyrogen(23) is able to decrease to 40-60μm.
