    • PURPOSE: A method for managing a backup channel for a recognition wireless communication and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent a channel conversion which is frequently generated according to an intergroup overlapping which is caused by a location change according to a movement of devices and an appearance of a new device. CONSTITUTION: A grouping unit (610) performs a grouping of devices which are included in one or more cells which are served by a base station. An allocating unit (630) allocates a backup channel for a recognition wireless communication to the groups based on the mobility of the grouped groups and the location information of the groups. A group type of the groups is determined into any one of a moving group which has mobility and a fixed group which does not have mobility according to whether the group has mobility or not.
