    • A loudspeaker using a flat diaphragm is provided to implement a super slim speaker by using a vibrator, a vibration transmitting plate, a vibrating plate, and secondary vibration. A loudspeaker using a flat diaphragm includes at least one vibrator(120) vibrated by a sound signal to be inputted. A center portion of at least one vibration transmitting plate(130), contacted with the vibrator and transmits vibration generated from the vibrator. An outer surface of at least one vibrating plate(140) is integrally coupled to generate a sound source by transmitting the vibration from the outer surface of the vibrating plate to the center portion. The vibration transmitting plate is an integral single plate type. The vibrator fixed at a bottom plate is contacted with a center portion of a lower surface of the vibration transmitting plate.

A microspeaker includes a yoke, a magnet, and a top plate, which are sequentially attached to a frame. A voice coil is inserted into a space formed on the top plate. A diaphragm, which is coupled with the voice coil, is attached to the frame. A rib(63) is formed on the diaphragm. A center dome diaphragm(61) is formed and cut on the frame. A side dome diaphragm(62) is formed and cut on the frame. The center dome diaphragm is integrated with the side dome diaphragm by applying heat and pressure thereon.

    • A speaker is provided to improve a sound quality by having a first vibration plate and a second vibration plate which form an air layer and have a predetermined interval. A speaker includes a frame(110), a magnetic circuit unit(120), a vibration unit(130), and a weight ring(140). The frame has a coupling hole. The magnetic circuit unit includes a first magnet(123), a second magnet(125), a pole piece(127), and a plate(129). The yoke is coupled to the coupling hole. The first magnet is coupled to an upper plane of the yoke. The second magnet is coupled to an upper plane of the yoke to cover the first magnet. The pole piece is coupled to an upper plane of the first magnet and the second magnet. The magnetic circuit unit generates a magnetic force. The vibration unit has a first vibration plate(131), a second vibration plate(133), and a voice coil(135). An outer circumference plane of the first vibration plate is coupled to the frame. The second vibration plate is located on an upper part of the first vibration plate, and has an interval from the vibration plate. An outer circumference plane of the second vibration plate is coupled to the frame. The second vibration plate is located on an upper part between the pole piece and the plate. A lower part of the voice coil is located between the pole piece and the plate. An upper part of the voice coil is coupled to a connection part of the first vibration plate and the second vibration plate. The voice coil vibrates the first and second vibration plates if a power is supplied. The weight ring is coupled to a part of the first vibration plate coupled to the voice coil.

    • The diaphragm of a high fidelity speaker is constituted of framework members, and a member filling between the framework members. The framework member is a flat plate, and all framework members are arranged radially outward from the center of the diaphragm in parallel with the vibrating direction and bonded to each other in the radial center and then bonded to a drive section. The framework member has high rigidity. The filling member is composed of a foamed body. The diaphragm has no skin and thereby has no resonance problem. Sound is radiated from the filling member. A suspension has rod-like members arranged in a line and bonded to the opposite ends of a first leaf spring, wherein second leaf springs are bonded to the opposite ends of the rod-like members at right angles thereto, and the ends of the second leaf springs are bonded to unmovable portions of the speaker. Intrinsic resonance occurring in the suspension is very small and displacement is small in directions other than the vibrating direction. An edgeless flat plate speaker system reproducing a sound with high fidelity with no impact of intrinsic resonance can be constituted using this invention.
