CONSTITUTION: A method for automatizing a communication network control service, comprises the steps as follows. A communication network control system receives a control instruction from an operator and transmits the control instruction to an exchange. The exchange performs the control instruction, and transmits the performance results to the communication network control system. The communication network control system collects the control results and stores the collected control results in a storage device. The control results are output according to an analysis demand of the stored control results.
