摘要： A method, a fax terminal, and a fax integrating server for managing facsimile data in an integrative manner and a system thereof are provided to manage transmitted and received facsimile documents in an integrative manner in a facsimile integrating/managing server to improve the utilization of the transmitted and received facsimile documents and enhance the efficiency of management. Transmission facsimile data is received from a facsimile machine and captured. The transmission facsimile data is transmitted to a first facsimile machine through a first communication network(S411). The captured transmission facsimile data with an identifier of the first facsimile machine is transmitted to a facsimile integrating/managing service through a second communication network(S412).

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for transmitting data on the internet is provided to send texts or voice mails using the facsimile to transmit texts or pictures, and to transfer the texts or voice mails to a receiver address(internet address) or the facsimile. CONSTITUTION: A user fills out an inputted paper, and then phones to a communication server(4) using a transmitting side facsimile(2). The inputted paper is transferred to the communication server. When the transferred result is requested to confirm, a password(6e) is transmitted to the inputted paper or a button. Data is transmitted with a voice when a voice mail exists. The communication server recognizes a subscriber's number(6a), a transmitter's address(6b), a receiver's address and a service category(6d) through the inputted paper, and then transfers inputted contents to each facsimile(1) or e-mail addresses. The transmitted data is processed in the communication server, and by the user's request, the processed data is responded to a transmitting side facsimile(2) or the sender's address by use of inputted data resource(6). The user identifies the processed result in the transmitting side facsimile or sender's address. Inputting the subscriber's number and receiver's address on the inputted paper, brings the user to receive a same service as the facsimile when transferring the sender's address.
