摘要： PURPOSE: A method for realizing computer which manages communication in an address center is provided to add individual communication session and escalated communication session by dropping an address center agent from the communication session if receiving an additional input through GUI from contact center agent and/or the individual. CONSTITUTION: A system provides a plurality of sets of graphic elements connected through a GUI(Graphic User Interface). Each set of the graphic elements shows a structure of communication session including a contact consultant and a contact center caller. The system receives selection through the GUI based on at least one graphic element. The system listens to each communication session related to at least one graphic element(704). 摘要： A method of providing a conference call function in a mobile terminal. A first mobile terminal requests a one-to-one call to a second mobile terminal by a data burst message during a conference call among a plurality of mobile terminals including the first and second mobile terminals. The second mobile terminal transmits to the first mobile terminal a response indicating whether the one-to-one call request is accepted or rejected by a data burst message. If the second mobile terminal accepts the one-to-one call request, the first mobile terminal transmits a one-to-one call request message to a base station. In response to the one-to-one call request message, the base station connects the first and second mobile terminals in a one-to-one call.

摘要： Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for linking participants in a communication session. The method includes presenting a set of connected graphical elements on a graphical user interface (GUI) representing a structure of the communication session and a trusted relationship between a first participant and a second participant in the communication session, establishing a bidirectional link between the first participant and the second participant, wherein the communication device exchanges trusted information between the first participant and the second participant, and displaying a depiction of the bidirectional link to at least one participant in the communication session. The method optionally includes negotiating a calendar event with the second participant via the bidirectional link based on the trusted information. Graphical elements associated with the first and second participants can depict one or more of presence, context, and persona information.

摘要： PURPOSE: A conference calling system for a wireless communications channel is provided to preserve the quality of the received signal by retransmitting the speaker's signal without de-vocoding. CONSTITUTION: A conference calling system for a wireless communications channel is adapted for use with a channel having first, second and third participants communicating via first (34), second (20) and third (20) transmitters and receivers respectively. The system includes a circuit for receiving an encoded signal (144) from at least one of the transmitters. A second circuit determines (62) which of the participants is speaking from the received encoded signal. A third circuit is provided for re-transmitting (66) an encoded signal received from the speaking participant to the other participants. The encoded signals are variable rate speech vocoded signals in which speech is vocoded at full rate, silence is vocoded at 1/8th rate and the 1/2 and 1/4 rates are used as transitional rates. The speaker's signal is identified by examining the rate of the receiving vocoded signals. When the speaker's vocoded signal is identified, it is re-transmitted without de-vocoding to the non-speaking participants in the conference call.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for implementing a computer managing a plurality of simultaneous communication sessions, a system thereof, and a storage medium thereof are provided to efficiently manage the simultaneous communication sessions by supplying a set of connected graphic factors indicating a structure of a communication session through a GUI(Graphic User Interface). CONSTITUTION: First communication is received from a first user in a first communication mode. Second communication is received from a second user in a second communication mode different to the first communication mode. A communications session is established between the first and the second users. The communications session enables the first user to communicate with the second user in the first communication mode and enables the second user to communicate with the first user in the second communication mode. A set of connected graphic factors indicating a structure of the communication session is suggested through a GUI(702).
