    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for analyzing trouble of real time service using timestamp are provided to reduce the analysis time and automatically process the maintenance and repair. CONSTITUTION: When a packet is received in the hardware hierarchy, the time stamp generating unit(120) creates the first time stamp. A flow and time stamp administration unit(130) registers the flow of the packet related to among packet to the real time application service. The flow and time stamp administration unit filters the first time stamp about the registered packet flow as described above. The failure analysis part(150) analyzes the real time application service outage with the packet lost value and packet handling delay time.

    • An adaptive packet scheduling device for uncapsulized data communication in a bi-directional satellite communication system, a data transmitting/receiving system using the device, and a transmission method are provided to directly transmit IP(Internet Protocol) packets without capsulizing the packets, while a terminal station can normally receive such data, thereby increasing transmission efficiency of the system. A classifier(22) classifies inputted IP packets according to each destination IP addresse, and delivers the classified packets to IP packet storage units(23). The IP packet storage units(23) individually store the classified IP packets. A framing unit(24) reads the individually stored IP packets in baseband frame length unit in accordance with an equivalent transmission method. A control information manager(21) determines transmission method of the IP packets by using channel reception state information of each terminal station and destination IP address lists, controls the classifier(22) to classify and deliver the inputted packets to the storage units(23), and controls the framing unit(24) so as to read the stored packets in the baseband frame length unit.

    • PURPOSE: A method for allocating and managing a GTS(Guaranteed Time Slot) in a low speed WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) is provided to enhance the spectrum effectiveness for timeslots consisting of a superframe, thereby increasing the bandwidth usage for data transmission of sensor nodes. CONSTITUTION: A GTS allocation state is identified for CFP(Contention Free Period) timeslots in superframes within a specific transmission cycle by a request for a GTS allocation of a request sensor node. Slack time slots are examined(S300). The GTS consecutive timeslots requested by the request sensor node and the data transmission time are arranged corresponding to the slack time slots(S500). The size of the CFP timeslots in the superframes is constant above a specific order of the superframe.

    • PURPOSE: A video display system for promotion using a digital set top box is provided to change a channel of contents displayed according to content information, thereby maximizing usability of content output. CONSTITUTION: A digital STB(Set-Top Box)(100) transmits power control data and content input control data transmitted according to a schedule of a central management server(200) to a display device(300). The digital STB transmits an operating signal to the display device according to information detected through a sensor or keeps an operation standby state and changes a channel by itself. The central management server remotely transmits data check data and checks states of the digital STB and the display device.
