    • PURPOSE: A satellite broadcasting system and a signal receive method thereof are provided to supply an SD(Standard Definition) image signal by receiving a high priority stream signal through an ISM(Industrial, Scientific and Medical)-band in a dead zone. CONSTITUTION: A first antenna(2310) receives a wireless signal of a first or second band, and a second antenna(2340) receives a wireless signal of a third band. A first stream demodulating unit(2320) demodulates a first stream signal through the first band, and a second stream demodulating unit(2330) demodulates a second stream signal through the second band. A reproduction unit reproduces the demodulated first or second stream signal, and a gap filler receiver(2350) responds to a radio signal strength to selectively provide the first stream signal to the first stream demodulating unit.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus routing for wireless network are provided to effectively use entire network resources in case of an emergency by addressing the problem of traffic distribution in a destination node and a middle route as well. CONSTITUTION: An existence of a unicast address corresponding to an anycast address is tested(100). In case there is no a unicast address, a routing request signal is transmitted, through an address mapping table, to the destination node group(102). If the destination node is determined, a routing response signal is transmitted into the source node(104). The unicast address about the destination node transmitting the routing response signal is updated in the address mapping table(106).

    • A hierarchical modulation and demodulation method for a digital broadcasting system and an apparatus therefor are provided to enhance transmission efficiency through hierarchical modulation in a currently operated system. An RS(Reed-Solomon) coder(602) encodes the first broadcasting signal. A byte interleaver(605) interleaves the encoded first broadcasting signal. A convolution coder(607) encodes the interleaved first broadcasting signal again. A bit interleaver(609) interleaves the encoded first broadcasting signal. A second coder(617) encodes the second broadcasting signal. A second bit interleaver interleaves the encoded second broadcasting signal. A CDM(Code Division Multiplexing) multiplexer(611) multiplexes the first broadcasting signal and the second broadcasting signal outputted from the first bit interleaver and the second bit interleaver. A hierarchical modulator(613) hierarchically modulate the modulated signal by an 8PSK(8 Phase Shift Keying) type.
