    • 본 발명은 웹상에서 음성녹음 및 재생을 이용하여 효율적으로 어학학습을 가능하게 하는 녹음압축 전송기술을 이용한 교육 및 일반 서비스 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 음성입력장치와 음성출력장치를 구비한 사용자가 인터넷을 통해 서비스사이트에 접속한 후 웹상의 음성 녹음/재생 기능을 이용하여 학습하는 교육 및 일반 서비스 방법에 있어서, 상기 서비스 사이트에 접속한 후 음성 커뮤니티 게시판에 참여하여 녹음을 선택하는 단계; 상기 녹음이 선택되면, 사용자의 음성을 입력받아 압축한 후 음성파일을 생성하는 단계; 녹음이 완료되면, 상기 생성된 음성파일을 상기 서비스 사이트의 음성 커뮤니티 게시판에 업로드하여 등록하는 단계; 및 상기 서비스 사이트에 접속한 후 음성 커뮤니티 게시판에 참여하여 원하는 목록을 선택한 후 해당 메시지를 음성으로 재생하거나 타 이용자가 해당 음성에 대해 평가하여 추가할 수 있으며, 각종 토론이나 활동에 참여할 수 있는 단계로 구성된다. 따라서 본 발명에 따르면 웹상에서의 음성녹음 기능 즉, 음성 게시판 기능을 이용하여 자유롭게 토론할 수 있는 커뮤니티를 형성한 후 사용자가 직접 음성을 입력하여 각종 주제의 토론이나 활동에 능동적으로 참여할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A signal compression circuit is provided to increase operation range of input voltage in which stable output signal is able to be generated by controlling gain of variable gain end in two levels. CONSTITUTION: A first comparator(41) compares input signal with a first reference voltage(VALC1) already assigned and outputs signal in proportion to the difference. A second comparator(42) compares input signal with a second reference voltage(VALC2) already assigned in a higher level than the level of the first reference voltage(VALC1) and outputs signal in proportion to the difference. A current mirror(43) generates control current in proportion to magnitude of signal output from the first comparator(41) and the second comparator(42). An automatic level control circuit(40) consists of two comparators(41-42) and one current mirror(43).

The echo combiner outputs the synthesized signal to the master volume control part. A power amp output unit(130) performs audio sound tone control, volume control and amplification control. The power amp output unit outputs the amplified audio signal to the speaker connected to the sound output part.

    • PURPOSE: A method for coding data by transforming a transition pattern of combined amplitude, phase and frequency, is provided to divide inputted source data into upper bits and lower bits, and to transform the divided data by respectively performing a transition process to a combined pattern of amplitude, phase and frequency. Therefore, compression rates can be raised and error rates in data transceiving can be lowered. CONSTITUTION: Source data inputted in a square wave type are divided into upper bits and lower bits, and are respectively transited to more than one pattern combined with amplitude, phase and frequency in a type converted to a sine wave or binary signals. A data parameter of original source data is pattern-transited to be corresponded to more than one combination pattern by one-to-one, to simplify a parameter of the original source data and reduce/compress data bits and bands. Blocks are connected and compressed with one block sequentially or/and in parallel according to independence in pattern transformation of the compressed data. Data corresponded to an original source input by one-to-one are separately sensed by a pre-described pattern sequence or a programmable pattern parameter generator. The original source data corresponded to more than one combination transition pattern respectively composed of phase, amplitude and frequency by one-to-one are restored based on the compression. The data are restored by the number and type of blocks connected sequentially or/and in parallel with one block according to independence in pattern transformation of the compressed data.
