    • The present invention relates to an instrumentation amplifier using a fully-differential linear operational transconductance amplifier (OTA), which comprises: an OTA outputting a first output current and a second output current with a first voltage and a second voltage as inputs an operational amplifier having a negative terminal connected to a first current output end outputting the first output current and a positive terminal connected to a second current output end outputting the second output current; a first resistor having one end connected between the second current output end and the positive terminal of the operational amplifier and the other end being grounded; and a second resistor having one end connected between the first current output end and the negative terminal of the operational amplifier and the other end connected to an output end of the operational amplifier. According to the present invention, the instrumentation amplifier has a simple circuit configuration, does not need matching of the resistors, and can adjust offsets by controlling gains with two resistors.

    • An auto-zero current feedback instrumentation amplifier has a low offset to an input and a spurious switching signal of a low level in a low input current and a low output. An instrument amplifier includes an output terminal(310) generating the output voltage, and the low frequency path connected to the output terminal and a high frequency path connected to the output terminal. A first input terminal(320) senses the differential input and produces the first intermediate current based on the differential input. A first feedback stage(330) is connected to the first input terminal and the output terminal, and produces the first feedback current based on the output voltage. An auto-zero circuit(340) is connected to the input terminal, and the feedback stage and output terminal, and produces the nulling current compensating for the errors inside the first intermediate current derived from the input offset inside the first input terminal and the first feedback stage. A high frequency path is connected to an output stage and holds a dominant position in the frequency exceeding the specific frequency in the low frequency route.
